Your tailored plan and fixed price
Based on that conversation, we recommend the right mix of Will, Lasting Power of Attorney and — where it genuinely helps — a Trust. We explain each option in plain English, along with a clear, fixed price agreed before any work begins. For LPAs we also explain the separate £92 government registration fee per document, so you know exactly what you’ll pay and to whom.
We prepare, review and sign
We draft your documents and go through every part with you, so you understand exactly what each clause means. When you’re completely happy, we make sure everything is signed and witnessed correctly — the step where home-made documents so often go wrong — so your Will and LPAs are legally valid and beyond doubt.
Safe storage and ongoing support
Your finished documents are stored safely and are easy for your loved ones to find when they’re needed. And we’re still here afterwards — whenever life changes, whether that’s a new grandchild, a house move or a change of heart, we can help you keep everything up to date.
